Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Overview
seoripple (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates seoripple.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or use our contact/audit-request form, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law.
2. Who is responsible for your data (data controller)
seoripple, Bismarckstraße 6, 86391 Stadtbergen, Germany. For any privacy question or request, contact support@seoripple.com.
3. What data we collect
- When you browse the site: standard technical data your browser sends to any web server (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, device type), processed automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security and to keep the site running.
- When you submit the contact / free-audit form: the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your website and goals (“message/needs” field). We collect only what the form asks for and nothing beyond it.
- When you consent to analytics (see §6): aggregated, cookie-based usage data via Google Analytics 4.
We do not collect payment card data on this site; we do not operate a checkout or online store.
4. Why we process this data (legal basis)
- Contract/pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to respond to your audit or contact request and, if you proceed, to deliver the services you engage us for.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to keep the site secure and functioning, and to understand and improve it in aggregate.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for Google Analytics 4 and any other non-essential cookie or script — see §6. You may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact/audit-request submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus the retention periods required by German commercial and tax law (generally up to 10 years for invoicing-related records).
- Analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4 is retained per the retention setting we configure in Google Analytics (standard practice: 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data and no legal retention obligation applies, we delete it without undue delay.
8. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention obligations (Art. 17).
- Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances (Art. 18).
- Request a portable copy of data you provided to us (Art. 20).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3)).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bavaria, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA) — if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@seoripple.com.
9. Children's privacy
This site and its services are directed at businesses and business decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, our tools, or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
